Stepping stones for EU industries

The SoliDAIR project, kicked off on 24./25. October 2024 in Stuttgart/Germany, will successfully accelerate the uptake of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics in European manufacturing, using Data as an enabler. It will co-develop and demonstrate tailored solutions to digitalise and automate visual inspection and physical testing, enable predictive quality control and process optimisation.

10 partners, coordinated by Fraunhofer IPA and made up of established companies from the manufacturing industry (BOSCH, Brose, CIE, AUTFORCE) and renowned providers of AI and data technologies (UG Systems, Siemens, TWI, Virtual Vehicle, i2m), will develop new AI and data-driven technologies for the manufacturing industry and far beyond.
